Memories await at Island Winds 521! This gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a gorgeous view of the Gulf from the screened lanai. A spacious open floor plan includes a living area, a built-in bar with seating for four, a dining table with seating for four, and a beautiful kitchen. Relax in the primary suite on a king bed with access to the lanai and TV. The attached bath includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the condo is the guest bedroom equipped with two twin beds, and a TV. Near the guest bedroom is the bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "The unit itself is amazing, with wide sweeping views of the beach. Well appointed, we were able to cook just about anything and utilized the grill in the common area often. The beds are comfy and the unit was sparkling clean. You will have to buy every single condiment as the unit didn't even have salt and pepper. The beach is wide, at least a 200 yard walk through sugary sand to reach the ocean. The walk along the beach is beautiful and relaxing."

"This was a great place for us to stay. The beach is stunning and the property was well maintained and comfortable. Considering we arrived in the middle of a storm with a power outage, the process was fairly smooth. What stood out the most was the property managers - Tim, Randy and Melissa were wonderful and helpful. Wed visit again just because of them."

"We loved it and hope to be back next year in the same unit ! - The condo was well- appointed and very comfortable . Love that there is also an extra beverage fridge as well ! The view from the condo on that side of the building is amazing , gorgeous sunsets every night ! Love the view from the pool to the ocean as well , and easy access to the beach . Had a couple of issues upon checking in but they were resolved quickly and efficiently with super friendly staff . Thank you Kathy !
There were a few things that could have been a little cleaner , and also some construction noise … but the island is rebuilding so that’s totally understandable . The only other thing is that the two drawers in the refrigerator were unusable because they froze all of the veggies and fruits that were stored there . There was no way to turn up the temp in the drawers without turning up the whole fridge temp . We just used shelves and no drawers after having to toss several bags of salad , and gresh veg that had frozen and were unable ."

"Great complex close to the beach. Pool was very nice. Condo staff was attentive and friendly. Food was challenging on the island just because of the hurricane damage, but it’s available with a little bit of effort. All in all a great vacation at a place we’ve never been to."
