Lazy Lobster is a newly renovated and charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with an inviting open floor plan, just a short walk from the beach and the lively Pier and Times Square district. Please note that while this home is a duplex, the upstairs can only be accessed externally, providing extra privacy for your group.
Upstairs, you'll find a bright and airy living space featuring a stunning brand-new kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy seating area with a 60” HD Smart TV. The fresh coastal-inspired design, with nautical colors and stylish vinyl plank flooring, creates the perfect beach retreat. This level includes:

There is no interior connection between the upstairs and downstairs.

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "We loved the Lazy Lobster! It's such a great location, with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Or we could just hang out in our own pool and hot tub. Truly a win-win and made for a fun, relaxing vacation! Both the upstairs and downstairs units are spacious and well-equipped with towels, beach towels and other amenities. The only very slight downsides are that the upstairs unit is a little more dated/loved than the downstairs unit and neither unit had basic kitchen supplies like all other rentals we've stayed in (e.g. cooking oils, aluminum foil, spices other than salt & pepper, etc.). As other reviews mentioned, the two units are not connected and the only way to get to the pool from the upstairs unit is to go outside through the bottom unit or the side gate, but that didn't bother us at all. All in all, we would absolutely stay at the Lazy Lobster again!"

"We had a wonderful Easter weekend here! The place was very cute and the furniture was very comfortable. I really appreciated that they had plenty of beach towels and nice chairs, wagon, and umbrellas there for our use. The laundry room area was awesome too. Pool was fantastic!"

"We had a wonderful time at the Lazy Lobster! The house was clean, updated, stocked and decorated very well. We used the beach cart and chairs and coolers for a beach day. We were able to skip a car rental and walk everywhere which was ideal! I do want to note the lower bedroom/apt is not accessible from the upstairs until unless you go outside...and the pool is not accessible from the upstairs unless you go out the front and walk around the back. This didn't bother us as we were on a girls trip and all adults but would be nice to note for families traveling with children. Thanks again would love to stay again!"

"The house was great! It was very clean and provided plenty of space for 5 of us on a girls trip. There were just a few customer service issues. We had to ask to have someone come turn the hot tub and pool temperature up, as it was not heated at all when we arrived. There was only 1 hairdryer for 3 bathrooms and especially since the bottom and top units are not connected on the interior, there should definitely be at least 2, if not one for each bathroom. The listing said there would be a welcome basket with coffee and teas, but there was nothing when we arrived. There were salt and pepper shakers but neither one had anything in it. The space was great, but expect to buy everything you need in the kitchen."

"We stayed here for a bachelorette trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless and so well taken care of—it felt like home the second we walked in. There were so many thoughtful extras like beach chairs, beach towels, and everything we needed for a relaxing beach day. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk or drive to great restaurants, shops, and of course, the beautiful Fort Myers Beach. We had an amazing time and made the best memories. "We stayed at the Lazy Lobster in early March and loved our stay. The location was unbelievable. We rented a car but never used it as the beach is a very short walk, restaurants are a walk away, and the area was so beautiful that walking allowed us to take in all the sites. The house was perfect and had every amenity imaginable. We spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub. The laundry facilities were so nice to have….new washer and dryer and clean as well! The house was spacious, had a deck on the front and back with gorgeous views, was stocked with every imaginable thing we might need in the kitchen. Beach chairs, coolers, board games, beach towels were all there for our use! We will be back without a doubt!"

"The Lazy Lobster at Fort Myers Beach is the perfect getaway! The pool and hot tub are an absolute dream in the morning, soaking up the sunshine while lounging on the comfortable outdoor furniture. It’s the best way to start the day before heading to the beach for an afternoon of sun and sand. Returning to the house in the evening is just as enjoyable—relaxing on the screened front porch with a cool drink, followed by dinner as the sunset. The rear balcony overlooking the pool is another peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding. The lower unit is a fantastic bonus, offering a private and fully equipped space with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom.
