Welcome to Memories on Madison! This spectacular 5 bed, 4 bath canal front home offers an open floor plan, a beautiful private pool with a spill-over spa, and an outdoor kitchen with a wine fridge. Whip up a delectable meal in the fully equipped kitchen featuring plenty of prep space, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. The dining table just off the kitchen also seats 6 guests. The living room features a large sectional, fireplace, and flat-screen TV. Glass sliding doors welcomes guests out to a massive lanai with an outdoor grilling area and automatic shades. Just off the living room is the primary bedroom which offers a king bed, lanai access, large walk-in closet, and TV. The large ensuite bathroom features dual sinks, a soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features two adjustable queen beds, perfect for watching TV in bed, and lanai access. This bedroom features a walk-in closet and an en suite with walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom features a king bed, large closet and access to the balcony in front of the home. The third guest bedroom also has access to the balcony in front of the home and a queen bed. On the first floor there is a guest bedroom with a king bed and a full bath with walk-in shower. With 2 more sleeper sofas, this gorgeous home sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably. Outside there is a second kitchen with a grill and wine fridge set up in the shade, a sit-up bar, and comfortable furnishings. Area Activities:
Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. "It was great! Beautiful home, we loved the openness of the kitchen and living room to all hang out. The pool was absolutely perfect. The different depths of the pool was definitely a necessity for young kids or when you just wanted to sit on the ledge. Couple of things we did notice that we had to purchase
No Kitchen Dish rags/towels (bought some for the place)
No oven mits. (Had to buy some)
Having access to a broom would have also been nice — with the ocean and sand and just snacks being split. Overall, we were very happy with this place. It was a great vacation we will cherish forever!

"Memories at Madison was a perfect home for a big group. Me and my family enjoyed the home. The home looked just like the photos, the pool was amazing and spent most out time there. The open living, kitchen and dining made our together time better as we were all in one space enjoying food and entertainment. The home is 8 min from the beach walking which was nice. The rooms were ample and comfortable. The home was well equipped except they needed a broom and working vacuum. House was clean. Lots of stairs so got a work out going up and down constantly. The neighborhood is still under construction from the hurricane, but still very quite. A short 7 min drive to where the small shops and dining is located. Very nice place to just relax."

It’s about a 5-block walk to the beautiful, pristine beach, which was easy and convenient. The private pool was sparkling clean and a huge hit with everyone. My son especially loved fishing in the canal right behind the house. There are two driveways, which was convenient, our four cars fit perfectly. Just a heads-up to future guests: there is an additional pet fee, even if Airbnb says “the price includes all fees.” The pet fee appears to be variable based on the specific dog. While the fee was worth it for such a great stay, Airbnb should do a better job communicating those extra charges upfront. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing and fun beach getaway!"

"Overall, our stay was quite pleasant for the five couples initially and then added 5 teenage boys for the last two days (HS baseball spring training). Thank you to Evita for everything she did. She went above and beyond to make our stay great! When we first got into the house, we noticed that the lanai had not been cleaned in over a month and she had someone over there right away to wipe it down. We also discovered that one of the beds was broken and Evita made sure to have someone fix it that day as well! The home is spacious and welcoming. Great pool and outdoor seating but the spa temperature does not get above 87 degrees (same as the pool) so it's somewhat worthless! Lots of beach chairs and beach towels and does come with a beach wagon. As stated previously, the kitchen is sparsely stocked with cooking utensils, there are only a few dish clothes, no broom, no glass cookware or microwave safe cookware, and we did not have a blender. We called about the blender and Evita had one sent over that day which was great! Thank you! A bonus that is not in the online description is the undercounter ice maker! With 9-14 people and hot days, it got a lot of use and was a wonderful surprise!! I would recommend that the 20 some light switches in the family room be labeled so it is easier to operate lights and fans, and suggest that maintenance fix the non-working fans and lights outside. We did not use the outdoor kitchen downstairs as the fridges needed to be cleaned. All that being said it was good stay and we certainly didn’t let those issue affect our stay but I hope these issues will be addressed."

"Lots of great Memories were made during our Christmas Vacation in Fort Myers Beach! It was our first time back since Ian and it didn’t disappoint! Our home for the week was “Memories on Madison” and it was perfect for our family of 13! (8 adults and 5 children ages 8-12). Thank you so much for taking great care of all of our needs Sun Palace Vacations especially Indria and Evita! They went above and beyond to make our memories perfect!
The home is spacious and beautifully decorated! Very warm and welcoming! Great pool and outdoor seating! Lots of beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels and even a beach wagon! I personally would not sleep more than 13! The sleeping space on the couches are for small children and not adults!
The kitchen is sparsely stocked with cooking utensils… no dish clothes, broom, glass cookware or microwave save cookware!
Evita bought us some oven pot holders and a can opener because there were none in the house! Thank you!!
Lucky we don’t all drink coffee because there would not have been enough coffee cups for all of us! And the dryer was broke the entire stay and could not be fixed by the repairman! Chairs around the table in the lower level were “shedding” pleather all over and need to be replaced!
All that being said it was great and we certainly didn’t let those little things dampen our stay but I hope these little issues will be addressed! We will definitely be back to make more “Memories on Madison”!!!!"

"Thanksgiving - We had a beautiful time. House was perfect, neighbors not so much. They complained on a Saturday at 7 pm about noise. They complained about the outdoor lights which we had no control over. Rude people. The kitchen needs more towels and cookware . "
