Ceiling fans and flat-screen TVs adorn every room, with a grand 72” flat screen TV in the main living area alongside a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom offers opulence with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Its ensuite bathroom showcases a quartz-top vanity with double sinks, a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a glass door, and a river rock bottom. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. "We had a lovely stay and appreciated all the attention to detail and cleanliness. We are a group of 4 sisters in our late 50's and enjoyed the range of nice spots to hangout at this home with a variety of seating styles, so everyone was comfortable. We cooked a lot in the well equipped kithchen. Be sure to bring your own supply of salt, pepper, and spices. We liked the walking distance to the beach and the hikes we took at nearby parks. The beach cart and mini cooler were great for hauling our things to the beach. The pool is lovely. We also appreciated the info and list of nearby restaurants and attractions in the owner's portal. "

"The home was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was very nice. Easy walk to the beach! It was great having the chairs and beach towels provided! The only downside was the construction starting at 7:30 am every weekday morning at the house behind the property. I know Ft Myers Beach is still rebuilding, but maybe they can start a little later in the morning. "

At check out we did have some issues where we checked out about 3 hours early and then had the property management asking why we hadn’t checked out yet. "If I could give this place a 6 star I would. It is by far our favorite place. The price is right on point, the location is amazing, the house is perfect for a family of 5. We watched the sunrise and set everyday. The beach is across the street and you can walk further down the strip. Publix is a mile away. There’s also a trolly that makes stops all down the main strip and it’s free. We enjoyed the beach and the pool as well. I highly recommend Mom’s restaurant. It’s a food truck now but they have the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. If possible, we will make this our new spot for all family vacations. Can’t recommend it enough."

"I am a frequent flier of sorts with vacation rentals. This particular home is magazine beautiful! There were only 2 of us so the entire home was not utilized but I could so see our extended family coming back next year. As with any rental there are pros/cons. The king bed was comfortable, mattress and pillows. We were not familiar with this particular area so it would've been helpful to have a list of nearby activities, closest grocery/conven stores, or restaurants. We found out our last day of a kayaking excursion just down the road. We were blessed with perfect weather, so the clean pool occupied our days + a quick 2 blks to the beach was wonderful and telling of Ian '22, construction is still being done in this neighborhood. We noted that the LR couch offers add'l sleeping, but for us it did not offer comfort. The home shows as new, accurate online pictures, good kitchen items available, sample/starter items. This is a Mgt Co, not a homeowner, so you won't find spices, oil, coffee."

"Paradise Found was just as described. The place was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The area was quiet for the most part. Some construction was going on in front of the house next to us and they needed to remove the grate on our driveway. With that being said, we were all up before the work started and we were still able to leave our driveway. We walked to the beach daily. The pool was very nice and water was warm. We would definitely like to return someday!!"

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at your rental house. The location is perfect, only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. The house is beautiful. The backyard space and the pool was wonderful as well. "Paradise Found was absolutely amazing and worked for our family! From the beautiful decor and upgrades, your own personal pool, to a short walk to the beach, maybe a 2 mile drive to restaurants and very serene. The owners have thought of everything, fully stocked kitchen, towels, sand/beach items, coolers, pack-n-play and even hairdryer.

"Perfect beach house for a family of six. The house has a great kitchen for cooking meals together and the whole house has a nice calming beach theme. The beds were comfortable and baths were stocked with plenty of towels. The pool area is very roomy with ample shade and an easy to light grill. It is a short and easy walk to the beach access. There was beach equipment, but it would have been nice to have six beach chairs instead of just four. The front porch had shade in the afternoon and as of now has a view of the gulf and you can also see the gulf from the living room couch. It is a very nice property that we would stay at again. Ft Myers Beach is rebuilding so there is construction noise but not that much more than other locations we have stayed at that are not recovering from a hurricane."

"Family Beach Vacation - Family of 5 stayed for 3 days. After the initial booking, all communication was handled via the rental companies website, and through email. I was unable to locate my booking on VRBO after submitting the 3rd party rental agreement. The house was clean and had great access to the beach, with a local access point at the end of the street. There was a giant bin of beach toys and chairs provided with a cart for easy transport to and from the beach. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower, pool, and eating area. Overall, the house was great, and we'd stay again if in the area."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The house was nicely decorated, and fully stocked with beach towels and chairs, toiletries, and cooking equipment (although they purposefully don’t keep sugar and spices on the shelves per the property company, so bring your own). There is a brand new pack and play for kids (still in the box), washer and dryer, TV in every room, and plenty of seating for everyone in the family. You can walk to the beach, which is just a block and a half away. Perfect place for a getaway! Bonus: supporting the redevelopment of Fort Myers Beach, which is nearly rebuilt after Hurricane Ian!"

"The property is delightfully decorated. The place was spot clean. The locations is 3-5 minutes walking to the beach. We took our kids with us and they had a great time in the pool. The house has beach chairs (4), beach umbrellas, beach toys and some other items in a bin by the garage area. The area is super safe and peaceful. If you like to ride a bike in the morning, I strongly recommend take yours and ride on the beach in the mornings. I personally marked this location for my next visit to Fort Myers beach."

"Such a beautiful location and home! We enjoyed being just a block from the beach and having our pool to ourselves. The home was clean and cute with plenty of space for a group. The only down side was not having any safe spaces for baby to sleep. Our hosts were responsive and quick to connect us with a rental service which was wonderful, but the cost with the fees ended up being much more than if we'd just bought a new pack n' play to leave there."

"Beautiful home- short walk to beach - The home was beautiful and worked very well for our family. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area wasn't fenced in when we arrived, but was completed towards the end of our stay. Once completed, the pool patio area was a quiet little oasis- perfect for meals and play. The home is also a short walk to the beach. We suggest ordering a beach cart to lug the chairs, etc. The beaches were far from crowded... which was fantastic. Fort Myers Beach was clearly hit hard by the storm. While there is still a lot of evidence of destruction on the island, more rebuilding is happening each day. If you are looking for a simple yet memorable vacation centered around beach, pool and home, this is a great destination. As of April 2023, you need to travel off island for groceries and most provisions. Enjoy!"
