This property offers incredible flexibility! It’s a duplex with each identical unit boasting 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. You can rent each unit individually for your group or reserve the entire property to accommodate even larger gatherings while still enjoying your own private space.

The open concept design features a huge dining island that blends the kitchen area with the living area. A dishwasher, microwave and keurig all supplement the typical kitchen appliances. Each unit offers a full front wall of 8’ glass slider doors which open to a 10’ x 20’ front lanai, equipped with table and chairs for expanding your dining options.

The backyard is your own private oasis! Relax in the heated pool, soak up the Florida sunshine, or spend the evening in the large outdoor covered hangout area complete with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy. We've made beach days easy by including beach chairs, beach carts and toys, so all you have to do is grab your towel and walk just a few steps to the shoreline.

A unique roof-top deck offers stunning views of every sunset. It’s soon to be equipped with beach furniture for relaxing away from the hustle bustle below. To make your 62 step climb to the roof-top less taxing, you’ll find an elevator to make your efforts a bit easier. The pool area and roof-top deck are shared by both units, but there’s plenty of room for sharing.

Parking is a bit limited with room for only one vehicle per unit. A pay-by-day (or week) parking lot borders the property for additional parking options.

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
