"After we set straight some misunderstandings with rental office, had a beautiful week! - The location was great, right across from the beach, short walk. Nice area. ABOUT 3 miles away is the area with bars and restuarants near Margaritaville. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, spacious clean kitchen. Great lanai and deck. Beach is GORGEOUS I sked questions multiple times before we left and never got response. There was confusion about the use of beach chairs. how can you rent a beach house with no chairs. First the office said no beach chairs, then I found an information sheet with key to garage FOR beach chairs and a cart. And FYI the water dispenser on fridge doesn't work...not a deal breaker."

"This place was clean, peaceful, and a great location close to beach. Kitchen was stocked enough to cook dinners. Listing says no washer/dryer but there is one. Also says there’s no beach chairs but there is! Perfect little place. I would stay again."

"Fantastic location for any beach lovers! Less than a 5 minute walk. The place is nice and open. Have a great balcony over looking a pond with a fountain. It is screened in and also a portion open to the sun. Would recommend this location and place to all!
It could use an update on the bathroom but everything was clean and fine.
We will be back!"
