"We had an amazing little vacation at this place! The place was very clean (I was walking with my white socks and they were still white!!!!!)
My husband, my dog and I had a great time! The place is well located, couple of steps from the beach. We loved that there was a beach access right in front of us which was amazing! It was a little outside of the busy area of Ft. Myers Beach which we prefer but only 3 min drive to the main area. We skateboarded back and forth from Publix near by which was only 5 ish min. AC worked amazing, coffee machine and couple other kitchen stuff we used for the 4th of July prep. The neighborhood is very chill and quiet. We highly recommend this place and Sun Palace to rent your next family vacation!"

"After we set straight some misunderstandings with rental office, had a beautiful week! - The location was great, right across from the beach, short walk. Nice area. ABOUT 3 miles away is the area with bars and restuarants near Margaritaville. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, spacious clean kitchen. Great lanai and deck. Beach is GORGEOUS I sked questions multiple times before we left and never got response. There was confusion about the use of beach chairs. how can you rent a beach house with no chairs. First the office said no beach chairs, then I found an information sheet with key to garage FOR beach chairs and a cart. And FYI the water dispenser on fridge doesn't work...not a deal breaker."

"This place was clean, peaceful, and a great location close to beach. Kitchen was stocked enough to cook dinners. Listing says no washer/dryer but there is one. Also says there’s no beach chairs but there is! Perfect little place. I would stay again."
