Welcome to Shell Bound. This upscale four-bedroom home is a short walk to the beach and is perfect for your next vacation. A large open sun deck with plenty of patio furniture welcomes guests upon arrival, making it the perfect spot for your morning coffee. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas all have with vaulted ceilings. There is beautiful wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is an absolute chef's delight with quartz counter space and cabinets fully stocked. There is an island with cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, a 6-burner commercial style gas stove with grill and two ovens, double door refrigerator/freezer and built-in under-counter microwave oven. Just behind is the washer and dryer and a door that goes out and down a spiral staircase to the pool and patio area. From the kitchen the adjacent dining area has a table seating six with built-in buffet countertops. This flows nicely into the living area with an L-shaped sofa with large wall-mounted flat screen TV.
The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom has a single-piece vanity, corner walk-in shower, jetted tub with window overlooking the pool and patio below. The first guest bedroom has a single day bed with pull-out trundle, large flat screen TV. The adjacent is a half-bath. On the opposite side of the home the second guest bedroom has a full-size day bed and wall-mounted large flat screen TV. "The house was in good condition and all the amenities worked as expected. It's a block from the beach which was very convenient. No issues with the pool. No issues with insects inside the house. Kitchen fully equipped, you just need to buy your condiments and food in a Publix, which is 5 mins away. The bed was not the best I have slept on, but not horrible either. My kids had the same feedback about the beds on their rooms. Overall, I think this property is good and for us it was great stay."

"9 of us stayed in this house for a long weekend and it fit us perfectly. There was plenty of room for us to sit out on the deck or by the pool in addition to the living/dining area. The walk to the beach was extremely close by. Although it wasn’t advertised/promised, this house had some beach chairs and towels that were left by previous guests that helped make our stay even more comfortable. Sun Palace staff were quick to respond and available when we requested an early check in. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking to bring a crowd and be close to the beach!"

"We had a really good stay. The house was as pictured, pool was warm. Location was really the best thing about it, a very short walk to the beach. Unless we didn’t find it, having some basic spices like salt and pepper, and sugar for coffee would’ve been a plus. When we arrived it wasn’t ready for us due to a delayed cleaning from traffic, so that was a bit of an inconvenience waiting about 45 minutes before we could truly bring our stuff in and settle in. Overall though we would stay again."

The only comment I have is that the host takes to long to answer, we had and air conditioned issue and the first night was very cold for us. Next day was fixed the issue and solved the problem with the air conditioner.

"We had a wonderful stay at Sun Palace! The split floor plan was perfect for our family. The house was incredibly clean and had a well stocked kitchen, which made it easy for home cooked dinners. House had wagon, 5 beach chairs and some sand toys, beach towels. The pool was nice for the kids. The houses behind were a bit of an eye sore, some might say it ruins the ambiance while outside. A tall privacy fence like the neighbors would fix that!

"This rental was perfect for 4 couples. Place was spacious and had nice outdoor seating. Kitchen has lots of space for drinks and snacks. Rooms were comfortable and we had plenty of towels for bath and beach. The heated pool was a nice hang out space. Our bike rental delivery went smoothly and we were able to get around easily. The area is still recovering from the hurricane but the debris is gone and construction is underway. Host was always friendly and available for advice."

"Family Spring Break - We had 6 adults and a 2yo for the week. The kitchen was perfect- all of the professional grade appliances were wonderful, especially the refrigerator size! There were an abundance of bath and beach towels. The walk to the beach with public access was very easy and short. We also walked to breakfast and coffee on several mornings. Communication with property management company was easy and they provided lots of information leading up to the trip. The pool heater didn’t work all week, so that was disappointing with a toddler, but otherwise it was a flawless stay."

"Beautifully decorated beach house - Our reunion stay at Shell Bound was wonderful! It was a beautiful, newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home very close to the beach. All rooms had large screen TVs. With 5 women we wished there were mirrors in each bedroom. The house had sufficient kitchen utensils, dishes, pans, etc. The refrigerator was extremely large but the ice maker never worked. Not a problem buying ice because the freezer had lots of storage room! The pool in the backyard was nice. Shelling on the beach was great! Publix Grocery store only 1 mile away. Sun Palace management was very prompt in answering questions before our stay and when the BBQ grill had no propane they had it filled by mid morning. Great service!! Overall we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Super cute place close to the beach - Adorable place with a perfect pool in the back and walking distance less than a block from a beautiful white sand beach. Four nice bedrooms- one has two queen beds and the master has a king. Two of the rooms have day beds. All the rooms have TVs. Backyard pool is nice- however needs a privacy fence because it backs up to a few sketchy looking houses. Big washer and dryer available. Not a ton of kitchen stuff- pizza cutter, ice machine didn't work in freezer, no salt or pepper.
