"We stayed at Sun Kissed Villa with our 3 adult children and their significant others. There was plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. Plenty of bathrooms along with bathroom towels/wash cloths/hand towels. Living room/kitchen/dining area were all open concept to one another, which was nice when preparing meals and hanging out. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, silverware, and dish towels (but no dish rags.) There were no cleaning products and only one roll of paper towels. The pool/hot tub/game area was great! And of course the beach was a 5-6 minute walk down the road. Lots of beach gear (beach chairs & umbrella & wagon) and floaties. The 2nd fridge in the garage/game area was nice! Having a laundry room was nice- but the hot & cold water lines were reversed so we unknowingly were washing things in hot water. Also, the check out instructions say to wash towels & run the dishwasher , but they only give you one pack of laundry soap & one pack of dishwasher soap. They had only a limited supply of garbage bags (we ran out & they wouldn’t give us more.) Everyone said beds were comfortable & there were extra blankets provided. There were lots of switches but most were clearly labeled. The Sonos sound system took a little getting used to but worked great! We would stay here again."

We have corrected the laundry hookups and restocked the home with extra cleaning supplies (including dish rags), additional paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and more trash bags. "House was as beautiful as the listing ! House was huge ! Was so clean and organized inside and out . Enough room outside and inside to have multiple families be comfortable for the entire week ! The only problem things were the spa not working properly, it was turning on and off every 30 seconds . The lights and switches were slightly confusing (there’s a bunch) . The bunk room remote would not turn the fan on in the room , the other remotes worked in the two other rooms upstairs , one would turn on and the other would turn off . The dinning room light did not work or we couldn’t figure out the switch . Other than those small things the house was perfect and recommend booking this house to anyone ! Very close to the beach and the beach access is right at the end of the street after you close the road . It was safe and easy to cross the main road . Less than a 12 min walk from leaving to sitting in beach chairs . Highly recommend a wagon with the inflatable wheels . Trash only comes on Thursday but after messaging the company , they came and took the trash ! Communication was great !!!!! Had a blast !"

"Beautiful home, great basement area with activities, pool was fantastic, clean, and spacious. The location was peaceful yet walking distance to the beach, and close to the main drag. Fort Myers beach is still years and years away from being rebuilt, just as a heads up to future renters. Only thing I would ask for is garbage bags, we had to order our own. Highly recommend, I will be back."

"Sun Kissed Villa looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The house was spotless and well equipped with all the necessities. The pool, hot tub and game room were the perfect set up for entertainment. It was a quick walk to the beach and an easy walk to Times Square for shopping and restaurants. "We have stayed on fort Myers beach for a long time our family loved this modern home! The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms gave everyone their own space and privacy. We really really enjoyed the games room our sons would have ping pong and corn hole competitions almost every evening as we barbecued and enjoyed the pool, the lights at night are fabulous gives it that resort feel. We would like to say congratulations on your new home being built as my husband is a contractor he was thoroughly impressed with all the details that went into sun kissed villa. "We’ve been coming to Fort Myers Beach for about five years and this was easily one of our favorite stays. The house was so comfortable that we honestly spent more time there than we expected. The outdoor space is awesome, and between the large kitchen and the balcony, that’s where we ended up hanging out, eating, and relaxing most of the time.
At night, the purple and blue lights give the place a really cool resort like vibe, which we loved. Everything felt well set up for actually enjoying the space, not just sleeping there.
We liked it enough that we’ve already booked our next stay for January, which says a lot for us. We’ll definitely be coming back.
If you’re in the area, we also recommend grabbing drinks at the Blue Whale or heading to Margaritaville at night, they have fire pits open to the public and it’s an easy walk to the main strip.
Overall, we had a great experience and really love Fort Myers Beach.

"We rented this home for our Fort Myers Beach vacation and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We’ve stayed here before, and the newly built home is absolutely beautiful. The oversized pool was our favorite part and quickly became the place where we spent most of our time. The house was perfect for our family, with a bedroom for everyone and plenty of space to relax. The game room was a huge bonus for the kids and kept them entertained in the evenings with ping pong, darts, and corn hole competitions. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out it's definitely an entertaining house. "We decided first on a family gathering, then decided on Fort Myers Beach, then found and booked the house. It was the right decision all the way around. Our two young grandchildren learned to swim in the house pool. The location was perfect for us to walk almost everywhere.
