"I usually expect that the actual product is going to be different than what the pictures are presented online and this property was no different. The biggest difference was the actual property was better than what the picture showed. The pool was enormous. The inside of the house was large and spacious with more than enough room for our family of 10 access to the beach was wonderful. It took five minutes to get from the bottom of the steps to our spot on the beach being only a block away from Publix grocery store was a bonus enough parking for three vehicles. This was the ultimate family vacation house."

"The house was the perfect size for our family, which included three adult couples and a 19-month-old. Having direct walking access to the beach, plus Publix right next door, made everything incredibly convenient. We especially enjoyed the pool area, and the shaded space was a wonderful place to cool off during the hotter parts of the day. The location was ideal: close enough to enjoy the restaurants and bars, but far enough away that the beach still felt private throughout our stay. We would definitely come back!"

"Pros: Location location location!! Cannot get better with public beach access right across the street and Publix within walking distance. The outside area/pool is amazing. We spent a good majority of the time there. What a great outdoor area. Cons: Upon arriving, we still didn’t have a code to the door but were able to get ahold of the company to obtain our it. The microwave didn’t work.. which we let management know the first day via email; but it was never responded to or fixed. Most of our meals were at restaurants so it didn’t really affect us too much. The pool turned green and swampy after a few days, but after we called, it was serviced the very next day. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for an amazing vacation."

"Great place to stay! The location was fantastic, literally across the street from the beach, which made it so convenient and enjoyable. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids, with plenty of room for everyone. It was very well stocked with dishes, games, toys, beach toys and chairs, beach towels, and even a pack and play, which was really nice and made traveling with kids much easier.
The outdoor setup was a lot of fun, with a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, and fire pit. We did experience some issues with the pool and hot tub heating during our stay, but the hosts were responsive and communicated with us to address it. Overall, it was a great stay and we would recommend it."

"Wow! We absolutely loved this beautiful, beachy home—truly the perfect destination for a fun, relaxing, and convenient getaway. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Fort Myers Beach, putting us just steps away from everything the island has to offer. We enjoyed relaxing walks on the beach, beautiful sunsets, fantastic restaurants, and just a short walk to Publix.
The home’s super updated decor with its trendy beach vibe immediately made us feel at ease. It was spotless and incredibly well equipped, which made our stay all the more comfortable. Having two levels with large, private balconies was a real highlight—such a beautiful way to dine, recharge, or simply soak in the ocean views.
And then there’s the fabulous outdoor entertainment space! The private pool, spa, and fire pit areas are absolutely inviting and perfectly designed to create lifelong memories with family or friends.
We can’t wait to return to Sunset Paradise—our new tropical escape."

"We enjoyed our week in this home. The location was perfect just across the street from the beach. The pool and hot tub area was the best part of the house. There was construction on a house being built directly behind the pool so it was hard to enjoy it during the day with all the workers looking down on top of us. Also, all of us felt the house swaying at different times. It definitely moved so much that you could see clothes in the closet swaying back and forth. We weren’t sure what was causing it, but we did not feel unsafe. The proximity to Publix is great. Overall, the house was worth what we paid and a fun week was had by all five of us."

"Loved the location near the beach and right next to Publix…very helpful with small children. The shallow shelf they had for the pool was our kids dream. This was the first vacation we could actually relax bc they were kept busy playing. The heat of the pool was fantastic for them on chilly nights when they still wanted to swim. Loved having a well working washer dryer and all listed amenities. Beautiful home that fit my family of 10 very comfortably. We slept great. Ft Myers is doing an amazing job rebuilding. Unfortunately, they were building a home maybe 30ft from the pool we were playing in starting promptly at 715am until about 530 pm Monday-Friday. Not much you can do about it but it definitely made things less relaxing. But they’re trying hard to rebuild the island…maybe a heads up though. Lots of storage area which was also great. If we had a criticism at all it would be the amount of beach decor…it was beautiful but made it hard to put our stuff down as every surface was taken."

The house itself was beautiful, and well cared for!! We would love to come back!! Also, Fort Myers is definitely making a come back, it’s still unbelievable to see the damage left behind. "Sunset Paradise is a wonderful beach side property! Our family of 6 had an amazing time here. We had pretty much everything needed for the perfect family vacation. The beach amenities were so convenient , the private pool/hot tub was so a nice option when we needed a break from the beach. The sunsets were stunning! So nice to have a grocery store right around the corner. Have to plan ahead if eating out, traffic is a huge problem. This area is still recovering from hurricanes with lots of construction noise in the area but we understood that.
However, I would highly recommend the owner of this property to switch to a different management company. Pool/hot tub ice cold when we arrived. Called 3 times, lots of excuses, we finally figured out after 2 days. Also lack of communication regarding our reservation before and after hurricane. Very frustrating. Found mold under blender and cup in masterbath was growing something. Window by stairs was smeared with something gross."

"Excelente lugar, la casa igual a las fotos nos encanto. Una casa acogedora con todos los utensilios necesarios para una casa. La casa muy limpia con una excelente ubicación frente a la playa. Tenia juguetes para la playa, sillas todo como sale en las fotos. Lo recomiendo 100. La única recomendación que hago es que agreguen una aspiradora para mantener la casa limpia los huéspedes. Pensamos volver el próximo año"

"Great location - The property was wonderful. It was clean and so great to be right across the street from the ocean. It was a little strange that the house suede during the heavy rains and strong winds. It was unfortunate that the property management only left two garbage bags and no cleaning supplies, communication with property management was great"

"Spring Break on Estero - We had an excellent time on Spring Break. The house and it’s amenities were exactly what we expected for a beach house. There were not a lot of people on FMB and we had the beach to ourselves for the most part. My daughter and her friends relaxed before going hike to finish up senior year. If you are not up for supporting the FMB community getting back on their feet after Ian then this might not be the place for you but if you want to spend your dollars there as a way to help them you can’t ask for a better place to stay!"

"Beautiful Beach Stay for a Girls Getaway - This was a wonderful rental perfect for a girlfriends' getaway! We wanted something close to the beach, and this was about a 1-minute walk where you only had to cross the street to get to the beach. For the evenings, it was only about a 5-10 minute uber ride away to bars and restaurants. Very clean and set up nicely to accommodate multiple guests. The decks had a gorgeous water view and were great for morning coffee. We hope to come back and stay again soon."

"Great Location - This house is absolutely amazing through and through. It's nearly brand new with upgraded finishes inside, very comfortable, clean, and has everything you can imagine needing, sans food. You can't beat the short walk to the beach, and they provide beach chairs, beach cart, towels, umbrella, and sand toys. We had a blast and can't wait to visit again. Also recommend Good Time Charters right behind in the marina, alongside Bayside Bistro - great food and nice view of the marina."

"Nice house Great location - Nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Extremely clean and very convenient to the beach. Walking distance to Publix .TV in the living room was slow to connect to Netflix and Amazon prime. You tube wasn’t available on this TV either and all of this frustrated my husband. Basically he thought this TV needed to be updated. Wireless internet worked great though! Overall a wonderful property that we truly enjoyed. Nice view of the gulf from the top balcony but sunset was blocked by a high rise across the street and to the right. But we were so close to the beach and it’s such easy access we would walk over and watch it most nights. Would be nice if they had a recliner in the LR and sofas seemed a little worn but all in all I would recommend this house."

"Perfect ! - The property was even better than we imagined. Right across the street from the beach. All of the beach necessities we could ask for. Fully equipped kitchen (this is coming from a chef). Right next door to the grocery store so we could get all we need. Traffic going to the square absolutely sucks to say the least, do yourself a favour and rent a bike. The property was a perfect place and location to escape for the week"
