Welcome to your getaway at The Nellie, a 3-bedroom, 3-bath downstairs Duplex, conveniently located on South Island on Fort Myers Beach. This spacious duplex offers family or friends enjoyable space. The backyard living area boasts a large tiki hut to gather under, and a new saltwater pool with a sun shelf and stone paver deck. Enjoy watching the kiddos swim in the pool while you sit back and relax in this amazing backyard, one of your favorite places to hang out. Whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space. You will find a master king bed with an attached walk-in shower bathroom with a washer and dryer in the bathroom and a queen guest bedroom 1 with an attached walk-in shower bathroom and 2 queen beds in guest bedroom 2. You can sleep 8 comfortably. Don’t forget to bring your fishing gear if you like to fish because you can walk right outside to catch something for dinner. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
