Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. "I thoroughly enjoyed my week at White Sugar Sands! The house is beautiful, and has everything we needed. All the beds are comfy and the view is amazing! Pool area has plenty of lounge areas and chairs for sun and shade, and the heated pool with the beach view is just perfect! A couple of perks are Love Boat ice cream, and a coffee shop with breakfast and lunch just steps away from the front door, along with live music next door that plays each afternoon just til dinner time. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back! "

"We had a fantastic stay at White Sugar Sands! The location truly can’t be beat—right by the beach and next door to the Beach Bar, which added a fun, lively vibe during the day. We loved that the live band/music wrapped up by 6 p.m., so evenings were peaceful and relaxing.The house itself was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed, which made traveling with a large group so much easier. We were a family of 14, and while the sleeping arrangements were a bit snug at times, the overall experience more than made up for it.Between the gorgeous setting and comfortable home it was absolutely worth the trip. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, beachfront getaway with family or friends."

"We loved our time at the house! We had 13 of us and the lay out and space was great to accommodate us all comfortably. We were surprised to find beach chairs, and toys which we were very grateful to have. This home is an absolute gem. The location was wonderful, making it easy to get around either walking or catching $3 golf cart rides. Being right on the beach and with a private pool we really couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family to stay! Definitely would stay here again. "

"Just fabulous! This was a girl's trip and we had a blast! The pool was fantastic. We each had our own bathrooms and king size beds. We could walk to dinner each night. We had coffee and breakfast at MoJo's next to the house. We had drink and lovely fun music (1-5:30) from the bar next door. (Closes at 6 pm). It was a great vacation at White Sugar Sands! "White Sugar Sands l was absolutely fabulous! The beach bar next next door is fantastic with a variety of live music. There are so many great restaurants on the beach like Nervous Nellie's, Snug Harbor, Yucatán, Wahoo Willie's and many more. Lots of great drinks and food without leaving the island. The beach was clean and the water was a bit cold but refreshing. The pool water was nice and warm and we enjoyed lazy days at the pool. We would sneak next door for a drink and then back to the pool. Great stay! "

"Wonderful family time!!! - Beautiful home for our family Christmas trip! Plenty of room for 4 families with everyone having their own privacy. Worth noting the pop up bar next door very loud at nap time for the 2 babies and too loud for us to stay at the pool. For a large home , a bit sparse on the cookware, we made do but it would have been very helpful to have a larger pan. Also to have some basic seasonings and more than 2 garbage bags. We very much enjoyed our time at the home!!!"

"Everything was perfect. This house is beautifully maintained. It is just a two minute walk from the sand sculpture event in November. The pool was heated and fantastic! The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The view from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom were unbelievable. The other bedrooms walked out to a deck that we could see the Gulf as well. "Super schönes Haus mit Pool direkt am Strand, welches wir für 9 Tage unser „Zuhause“ nennen durften. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Toller Blick auf‘s Meer und auf die Delfine, welche sich des Öfteren zwischen den Badegästen tummeln. 😉 Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Eine Bar mit Livemusik befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Super. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!"

"Fun in the Sun at FMB - Amazing on beach location of this huge house on Ft Myers Beach. Property is beautiful. It is located RIGHT NEXT to beach bar and public access to beach so it is lively and fun. It is NOT for you if looking for private/secluded beach getaway. Not a problem for us. We LOVED the daily live music. But this should be more prominently described to renters. Pool was not clean for first couple of days but managers were very responsive when I called. Pool heater can prob be shut off in April.

"We took all our kids and grandkids, aged 5 months- 7 years for spring break and we could not have had a better time. The home was perfect for us. We were slightly taken aback when we arrived, as there are trailers on both sides and portable toilets. This is however, temporary due to the rebuilding after the hurricane. The outdoor bar next door was pretty loud, but we liked the music for the most part and kids were still able to nap. They play from about 1 pm- 5pm. The house is very well insulated, and it feels very private from the inside.
The pool was perfect! It’s right outside and has a locked gate. Our kids swam in it everyday. The water is very warm.
The beach is beautiful, with lots of shells. We arrived on a Saturday of spring break and it was very busy but quieter during the week. The beach is public, but it’s huge. It’s just a little walk to the ocean. Most of the crowds are in front of the nearby condos.
When you’re in the home, it feels very private. It was perfect!"

"House had a great location right on the beach and was perfect for our family group of adults and kids. Pool was wonderful for the kids even though we were advised it might not stay warm enough because of the cold temps. Everything in the house was new and clean. Views out the windows and the private decks for each bedroom were great. Property managers were easy to reach and very helpful before and during our stay. Only issue we had was an inability to adjust the heat in the morning to take the chill off because of the unusually cold temps. The thermostats didn't seem to be adjustable and we never did feel any heat coming from any of the vents. "
