From the private pool and spa at Blue Horizon, the grand entry staircase takes you to the first floor where you will discover three large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath.
The King Master has a walk in closet, sumptuous bath with soaker tub, large walk-in shower and dual sinks. The second King Master also has an en-suite bath with walk-in shower. Both of these rooms feature French Doors to the front porch.
A Queen Bedroom, also with en-suite bath and the laundry room round out this floor.
Up the travertine staircase lies the great room with vaulted ceilings, fabulous new kitchen and dining table that seats 10 with four more seats at the bar height counter.
A 80″ TV means you won’t miss the big game from any angle.
Sliding doors lead out to the covered porch featuring a wet bar, dining table, conversation area and fabulous views of the Bay.
Two more bedrooms are also on this floor: one with a Queen bed and the other with a Full and twin bunk beds. A guest bath and half bath are adjacent.
This home is totally “wired for sound” with each room able to stream their own music via Bluetooth connection from your smart phone or tablet or choose one of seven pre-programmed music styles to listen to.
“My family and I loved everything about the Blue Horizon house,” wrote Guest Lori after her stay last year. “The home itself is beautiful, fully stocked with everything you need to cook, play and relax. Even the smallest detail has not been overlooked from a large supply of pool towels, games, beach cart and supplies, even binoculars which we appreciated while watching a family of large birds.
“The guys in our group loved the wifi, HUGE big screen tv and surround sound set up, the iPads that linked music that they could control for each room as well as the temp of the hot tub right from their phone!
“Each couple had their own space with ample bedrooms, but we all could be together in the open area of the large kitchen, dinning, living, patio space.
“The view from the third floor patio is breathtaking! The location of the house is perfect, very close to everything you need and would want. I would highly recommend this gorgeous home to any family/group looking to vacation in a home that has all the expected amenities plus many unexpected amenities as well.”
