We have booked through Sun Palace multiple times and the girls in the office have always been there for us. Wesley and Mary were always Happy to answer our questions. If they did not have the answers they would promptly get back to us. Thank you Ladies, once again it has been a pleasure.

DREAM VACATION ❤ The Sand dollar House is a bit pricey, but well worth it. It was a perfect location to walk to the pier,great restaurants, and the Beach stores. The House was a comfy home away from home. Loved the pool and Jacuzzi. The bar and TV, grill, and refrigerator made our trip so easy and relaxing.The House caretaker Shawn was such a Great guy, and treated us so good. We were so Happy to have him around. We truly miss Tosh, he was an added pleasure to be around for our week there. We looked forward to seeing Tosh every day. Just a note to others to make sure you tip Shawn if he takes care of you, like he did us. I would and have recommended this property 100%. We will rent this property again soon. have stayed at Sun Palace properties for a number of years and the staff is so helpful with any problems that come up. the houses are in great shape when we get there

I had the incorrect email address entered on the reservation so I was not receiving the rental agreement and I really appreciated the office calling me to make sure that agreement was signed rather than just canceling our stay-thank you

Sunpalace Vacations has always been responsive to our needs. I especially liked the new texting feature to keep us informed and see if we needed anything.

Blue Horizon was a great place to stay. I really liked that the bedrooms each had their own bathroom. Easy walk to the beach and great private pool.

We loved our stay. They only reason we will probably not return is that we are unlikely to be needing that many bedrooms in the future.

This property couldn't be in a better location. I stayed here's with my husband and sister in July and liked it so much that I returned with a friend for a week if vacation. It's close to everything, well maintained, and very comfortable.

Just as a follow up as we did stop by the office. There were rusty screws or nails sticking up on the patio where the old railing was removed, husband ran one in his foot which put him down for a couple days. the upper end window had a good size opening making the air have a hard time keeping up. nails left in part of the roof structure and the wind was pushing them out. we tried to keep them picked up This was a MUCH needed vacation as I have personally been dealing with cancer the last few years and this year my elderly father who use to reside in fort myers had a stroke, so much of this year has been dealing with my parents. our stay was exactly what the doc ordered, peace and relaxation!!!!!

This is a really lovely holiday property. Everything that you need for a memorable holiday is provided. The back bay is so peaceful and watching the Dolphins swim by never fails to feel special and the sunrise over the bay is something that no-one would ever tire of watching.

Very nice house. We enjoyed relaxing in our own space with the comfortable lanai and the pool/hot tub.

Mary was very friendly & kind, finally got to meet her because one of the bathrooms wasn't done so they had to come in to finish it. So Mary had to come done to stay while they finished the job,so we could go to lunch.the bathroom was suppose to be done before we came down, unfortually it wasn't no fault to sunplace. Other than that everything was wonderful look forward to coming next year.

the only thing I would recommend to owners of rental properties,is that they update kitchen pots & pans once in a while.. Since they get used so often they tend to ware out. They Sunset Cottage pots (frying pans mostly) needed to be replaced. That's all I would recommend to the owners,theyre was enough dishes,glasswear,utensils for cooking

I think you guys always do a great job of addressing any issues we've ever brought to your attention. We just left the above listed ones alone since nothing was a dire situation that could be solved quickly... more general feedback really. Keep up the good work team!

I would've liked to have seen my above comments to not have been issues for us. It was a bit of a bummer considering the price point, as we typically stay in this range and have not experienced some of these in the past with other rentals in the same range. There's always something with each rental that you would wish could be better (never anything earth-shattering ever), but this one sort of took it up a notch.

It was as if the team was like part of my family. The main concern was our satisfaction.

Great location! Unit was spacious and clean. It was awesome having two king sized beds. Quick walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. Also was great to have the pool with an abundance of outside seating. Would definitely book again!

Besides booking, I really didn't have any contact with the team. I did email a week after Irma struck to see if the property/area was okay and got no response so I called and left a message the next day. I did get a call later that day letting me know that everything was good.

The house was beautiful and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for a large group without feeling like we were on top of each other. The kitchen could use some storage containers for leftovers, as well as the other items mentioned earlier.

The team has always been wonderful to work with. Everyone is very professional and friendly.

Like I said earlier it was a great property and we wanted to rent it in 2020.
