"Thank you Sun Palace Vacation Homes for working with us to refund our full payment during the COVID-19 crisis. As you can imagine, we were extremely disappointed to have to cancel our 2020 Spring Break plans to Fort Meyers Beach. We contacted Sun Palace in March when we realized that the likelihood of us traveling from MI to FL was probably not happening during our SB the first week of April. They explained that they would be refunding our entire payment and to be patient as a lot of requests were being processed. We received our full refund in a timely fashion. Laurie was fantastic in returning our phone calls and providing details on where the funds had been refunded. Thank you for working through this with us during challenging times. "The house was clean and looked just like the photos. I had a pleasant experience with the property management group. I rated it 4 stars since I found it odd that we had to buy our own toilet paper, tissues, soap, trash bag, etc for the week. They provide a starter pack but it seems wasteful that we buy these products so they can be thrown away at our departure and then repurchased by the next guest."

"La Casa Bonita South is one of the nicest rental homes I have ever stayed in my 72 years. This home not only has it all but with out a doubt the best caring management company that I have ever experienced. After my family of 9 checked in we had a few issues and I called the office on July 4 AM, left a message and one of the owners returned my call, on a holiday, which surprised everyone. Judith explained that her staff was off for the holiday but she would try to address my issues. One hour latter the door bell rang and a new Weber gas grill was being delivered on a holiday morning. One hour latter Judith was at the house delivering wine glasses. If you want the best rental house, La Casa Bonita South, will fulfill all your expectations."

"My family rented an amazing condo directly on the beach last year and it was so amazing, we scheduled it again for this year. The condo was in great condition and any issue we had, which were only very minor, were addressed right away. Well this year we had to change our plans due to learning our family would only be growing and the Sun Palace staff was very helpful in working outside the box to get our deposit refunded. When we are ready to travel again, we will definitely be back!"

Had Publix just up the street we grilled the whole week we were there good prices and good place.
