"We stayed at Mango Fandango on Ft. Myers beach and booked through Sun Palace. Everything was better than advertised and Sun Palace communicated perfectly. Our stay was with 10 people and we could have easily fit 12 people in our house. We had to call Sun Palace for a mechanical issue and they arrived very promptly to fix issue. I would definitely use their service again. Thank you for a great family vacation!"

"The house was perfect for 11 of us plus 1 dog. Right across the street from the beach and right at a crosswalk and public access. The house is well laid out with plenty of space for a large family group. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of utensils, plates and serving pieces. The pool is fabulous and the hot tub too. Management took care of a minor issue immediately and they were very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to others"

"This is our second year in a row at this house located at 67 Miramar on Fort Meyers Beach. The Tortuga Two is a lovely home situated in the middle of two other houses facing the wide powder sands of Fort Meyers Beach and steps from the most spectacular sunsets! Home was very amply supplied with linens, towels , new grill , beach chairs , beach toys, loungers by the pool and more! Very clean ,amazing communication and friendly! Highly recommend!! The pool was warm, clean and inviting! It was used daily !!!!!!!!"

"We arrived early, just to check out how it looked before grocery shopping, and ran into Summer (?). Extremely nice young lady who worked for the company, and we were able to get in early! The house is spacious, clean, and has all the basic needs and then some. One thing to note, the coffee maker is no longer drip but in fact a Keurig. On the beach behind some palms and dunes, made for a quick walk to our daily spot! Pool was warm and a few floats were provided. We would absolutely book again of returning to Ft Myers beach."

"I’ve rental thru Sun Palace many times & have always been extremely pleased with them. They are attentive to the renters needs & very professional. Blue water Vista is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath home with a private pool. My husband & I enjoyed many nights at area restaurants or just sitting around the pool. The house is new to the rental scene. It’s beautifully decorated with cool calming colors."

"This was a nice property. It had more amenities than other rentals with toilet paper, Kleenexes, dish soap, garbage bags, etc which was nice. It was clean, they were responsive to requests. Master bed was comfy. Upstairs bed was not. Noisy and uncomfortable. Pillows were bad. We all had beck issues by end of stay. Had trouble with the pool but finally got issues resolved. Missed having screened in porch for at night."

"Direct beach access from home. Beautiful sunset views. Very spacious home. Sun Palace staff was very responsive to every email question I had and were extremely conscientious in notifying us of a bridge closing due to a parade on our day of departure. Would definitely recommend Sun Palace Vacation homes."

"The size of the house was perfect for our group. Location was a quiet residential street a couple of miles away from all the activities of the island. Neighbors were nice and polite when we would see them. Our only complaints about the rental was the cleanliness of the house and the condition of the pool furniture. The kitchen floor was yucky. It had been swept but it was very obviously not mopped. Several sticky spills throughout the kitchen. Everyone wore shoes in the house for that reason. We were in the peach room and the dressers had sand and wrappers in them. They did not appear to be cleaned out at all. Lots of little things like that throughout the house. The main complaint for our group, since we liked to be outside was the mold on all the poolside chairs and loungers. Most of them were rusty as well. All pieces could use a really good cleaning or possibly replaced. None of the furniture is high end so replacing it would be a small investment but big upgrade to what is provided."

"We loved Sun Villa for our family vacation. The home was perfect for eight adults, six children, and our fur buddy. Located across from a beach access was ideal. The kitchen was well furnished and we appreciated the two washers and two dryers for our large group. The people at Sun Palace were so helpful when I booked this property. I hope to contact them for our future vacations."

We especially enjoyed using the bikes every day, as well as the good beach chairs that were provided. It was a quick walk to the beach. We found everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay!"

"House was large and had lots of living space. Tons of outdoor seating areas! The pool and hot tub were nice to have when we weren't at the beach. The beach chairs and the wagon were a nice bonus too! There were two bedrooms and a bath downstairs which are not connected internally to the house so you had to exit the house and go downstairs to use them. The laundry area is down there too. Not a big deal for us but maybe for some. The home has some updates but the two main bathrooms could definitely use some updating. The king master has an old, small tub. It would be nice to have a shower stall. This house is not ideal for any handicapped or disabled person with all the stairs and tubs which could be cumbersome for some. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was great, and you can walk to the beach and restaurants, which is handy."

"We stayed our Spring Break week at Turquoise Turtle 1. The condo was upstairs. It was very clean upon arrival. We had all kitchen utensils, towels, and beach gear provided. It is a very clean and quiet neighborhood. You are a block off of the beach , but the access point is very close. A washer and dryer room are on site. The pool area was a nice-sized area. We loved the patio. There was a grill, large table, and wicker sets. We spent hours down there. We have never stayed off of the beach, but it was not an inconvenience at all. Would recommend this to a couple or family of 3!"
