"Great company with great service! We come to FMB every year for 10+ years. Originally used another on-island rental company, but switched 4 years ago and couldn't be happier with this decision! Their rentals are wonderful, the descriptions on their website are accurate, cost is comparable, but the service and friendliness they provide is why keep renting from them. Very responsive if you should have an issue or concern, although for us it has only been little things (skimmer for pool, regular coffee pot instead of Keurig, etc.). Highly recommend!"

"We stayed at their cornerstone property. It was perfect for a romantic get away there were so many extra amenities like beach chairs and umbrellas I was happy that we didn’t have to buy them. The property was clean. Our Wi-Fi went out and wasn’t fixed due to a problem with the condo association so they issued us a 400 dollars refund for two nights. We also had problems with the tv but maintenance resolved it within a day.I definitely would return!!!"

"Rented the Osprey Retreat on Fort Myers Beach for 10 days. Mid island location was away from the heavy traffic, the home was located on canal, but was only a short walk to public beach access. Layout was perfect and spacious for our family of 8, decor is more dated though. Prior to our arrival they made us aware of damage to the screens around the pool which concerned me about mosquitoes at night when we used the pool, but we didn’t notice a significant problem with them. They also notified me that they had scheduled the repair of the screens at the end of our stay but they hadn’t been repaired upon checkout. The only issue we did have was the hot tub not working. Someone promptly came out to look at it, but it was not able to be fixed while we were there. Sun palace did update their property description after that so future guests would be aware. Overall, great vacation experience and would rent with Sun Palace Vacation Homes again."

"We LOVED our stay! Our house, Happy Daze, is walking distance to the beach and has a private pool. The pool was relaxing and refreshing. The features like the outdoor shower, outdoor fridge, and ping pong table really made all the difference. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our meals together. Our beach access was never crowded and we had great weather all week. We walked to Jankanoo Cafe for casual, delicious seafood dinner and really loved watching the sunset on the walk back. There’s a supermarket 2 minutes away by car, so very convenient. We even took the trolley bus to the pier! We felt like locals. Our family (including our small dog) will definitely be back. Thank you for a great vacation!"
