"I enjoyed my stay. Everything was very nice and accommodating. A few things to note - there were undried bed linens left in the washer by the cleaning crew and it left a mildew smell. The master bed ceiling fan very out of balance and made noise. Couldn't use. I suggest having a movable stand fan for rental customer use. The pool area - wasn't swept or cleaned and pool was fairly dirty. Furniture even had sand on it. I understand the island situation but this was more build up than a few days. Had to skim clean before use. All and all, it was a good stay."

"Very nice house with almost everything you need for entertainment. Very comfortable “like home” feel and everything was modern and clean. It was the very best vacation we have had. Only negative was there is literally nothing there for supplies! Had to buy salt and pepper shakers! But as the house it was amazing! Close to everything you want or need. "

Myers beach and bonita springs dog park were open and safe. My husband actually said, "I'd stay here again." It was delightful to not have security cameras all over the place."

"We couldn't be more please with Sun Palace Vacations. We had a Fort Myers Beach beachfront home rented for Christmas week 2022. Unfortunately, Ian washed it away and completely wrecked our vacation plans on Sept 28. Within 5 days, on Oct 3, we had an email from Sun Palace assuring us that we would be refunded just as soon as they could get it done. Within a few weeks we had our refund. AMAZING!!! The entire process of renting, right through to the refund was pleasant. Their website was super detailed, so much info, I really felt like I knew what to expect from our home, the beach, and the surrounding area. Emails with questions were always answered promptly. Their payment system was simple to use, to make payments towards our rental. We are so excited for Fort Myers Beach to recover and Sun Palace Vacations to once again have a nice long list of beach homes to rent...we will definitely give Sun Palace Vacations another try!! "We had a home rented with Sun Palace Vacations for March 2023. the Hurricane destroyed the island of Fort Myers Beach and we knew our vacation and home rental would not happen. Sun Palace refunded our full deposit and all monies paid, within a month of the hurricane. We were very thankful and appreciative of their dedication to their customers. We will rent from them again, very soon."

"I'm an owner wanting to let all guest know how good the Sun Palace people are!! In the good times every guest i talked to (several) praised SPV for their prompt reply to every request. I laughed at a couple who came in for a 3 week stay during covid, they were working remotely. They told me the coffee pot did not work so they called SPV to report the issue, their plan was to buy one after 3 days as that was their expectation form previous vacations rentals (NOT WITH SPV). 2 hours later the new coffee pot arrived, needless to say they were very pleased. I know it's not a big deal but it sure is to folks who don't get their morning coffee!! Another fellow needed a place to park a trailer and they promptly found him a place, not part of their job but that is their mindset. When IAN hit i was a duck out of water, no idea what to do, who to call, totally lost, my place was a total loss!!! They sent out emails to all the owners daily to let all of us know what to expect and when, everything from utility restoration, clean up, all new rules (a ton at the beginning) to clean up procedures. Countless links were provided to connect with the proper people. If i was offered 1/2 price fees to switch companies, NO WAY, wouldn't do that to my valued guests or myself. For those who have stayed with me in the past - Mermaid/Starfish/Cottage/ Dolphin Cove I can't thank you enough and I'm working diligently to start the rebuild process. Sun Palace has my contact info for any ideas you have to make it better, it's your place as much as mine. Again, thanks to SPV and my guests!! Doug"

"We booked a rental in Fort Myers Beach thru Sun Palace. We had great communication and a seamless booking experience. Unfortunately we aren’t able to go to Fort Myers because of the devastation in the area, but this is where Sun Palace really shone - before there was even Internet and Phones in the area, they already reached out to tell us that we would receive our refund promptly. It was only a few weeks until we had a full refund. What amazing customer service! Will book with them again when they rebuild!"

"Sun Palace has absolutely been amazing before and after hurricane Ian . Their building was destroyed , some employees lost everything, yet they have been in contact with us home owners daily. They provided pictures, inventory lists, offering all services from clean up and salvaging possessions, and keeping us up to date on everything going on at FMB. This is not the case with other management companies on the island ! They are really standing out!"

"Great company with great service! We come to FMB every year for 10+ years. Originally used another on-island rental company, but switched 4 years ago and couldn't be happier with this decision! Their rentals are wonderful, the descriptions on their website are accurate, cost is comparable, but the service and friendliness they provide is why keep renting from them. Very responsive if you should have an issue or concern, although for us it has only been little things (skimmer for pool, regular coffee pot instead of Keurig, etc.). Highly recommend!"
