"The Sun Palace service is very good, the customer service, it was the first time to rent with them, the house was very nice, pleasant in general, the only thing that was not really clean, it was full of sand even in the rooms and a lot of dust , and under the beds, so we had to start cleaning our first day because we were with small children and we also had unwanted visits from flying insects that I hate to say their names. For everything else, it was a great family vacation and of course we will rent with you again, we love the beach and we are sure that the inconveniences will not happen again"

"We had a wonderful week! The house was comfortable, clean, and well equipped in a great location. It was just what we were looking for in what is still a largely recovering Fort Myers Beach. The pool was wonderful, and the quick walk to the beach was a huge plus. Pool maintenance stopped a few times during the week to keep it clean, which was great. Although it’s fun, the only negative for us was the spiral staircase which made it difficult to get large suitcases upstairs unless you used the outside staircase. Overall, the property is wonderful and somewhere we will definitely consider booking again in the future. "

"Everything was as pictured. Sun palace checked in with us a couple times to make sure the stay was going good. We were just a short walk across the road to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool area, which was almost perfect. The only thing it needs to make it perfect is a screen around the pool Area. "

It was a short walk to the beach and they had all sorts of beach stuff (wagon, chairs, cooler, toys). It is a short drive to Publix for anything you might need to cook up in the fully equipped kitchen. This is all post-hurricane. We will be back!"

"We’ve been coming to FMB for nearly 40 years and have previously rented from Sun Palace, a hurricane wasn’t going to stop our tradition. We were so happy to hear Sun Palace had homes ready so soon post hurricane Ian. They called as soon as we booked to make sure we knew the state of the island. They called again at the end of our trip to make sure everything was ok post hurricane during our trip. The house we rented (Sandy Getaway) was wonderful, you couldn’t tell a hurricane had just ripped through town 8 months ago at this home. Pool was in working order, beautiful landscaping. Yes, the island is still very hurt by Ian but Sun Palace has plenty of homes that are ready to rent and a number of restaurants are open. If you have been to FMB before come back, rent a home from Sun Palace and support all of the people working so hard to get things back to “normal”."

"This was our first visit to Fort Myers beach. They are still rebuilding from the hurricane so there was a lot of dust and dirt. Overall we had a great experience. The house was beautiful and well stocked. I wish we could have used the elevator. (It was out of order) It would have made it easier for grandma and the groceries ."

"We had a wonderful trip to Ft Myers Beach using Sun Palace Vacations. We stayed at the Blue Horizon, which is the perfect location, walkable to the beach, restaurants and bars as well as having its own pool oasis in the back yard as well as a beach cart with chairs and umbrella . The house is great for a large group with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone to be together but not crowded. Staff were very responsive to any questions we had and checked into periodically during our stay to ensure we were comfortable, the house was up to our expectations and to offer assistance as needed. We look forward to returning to FMB and will look to Sun Palace for a place to stay."
